James at A-Mass, Inc did a great job replacing our collapsed sewer line pipe. He made three trip to our place to insure things were going as planned and keep us informed. James and Dre are a Class Act team and I highly recommend them for your plumbing needs.

James with A-Mass Inc. came out when I had a pipe burst. He was efficient, friendly and very professional. The price for the emergency service was very reasonable. I will continue to use them for all our plumbing needs.

I had a broken pipe under my house that warranted immediate services. A-Mass was the first plumbing company that could come within 48 hours. A-Mass came out to replace the line to code and replace my washer cold/hot shut off valves. It's hard finding companies that do quality work in a timely manner, so I'll keep A-Mass as my preferred plumbing company.

This company is very unprofessional, our home warranty company put in a request for them to come out because we are having plumbing issues. They were supposed to call and confirm the appointment 4 hours after the call was put in they never called. The guy lied and said they had tried calling us no one ever called. The next day we had to call the warranty company back to confirm if some from this company was coming and the guy got smart with the representative and said we should have called him ourselves. So we called the guy never gave his name was very rude and said he would be here within 60-90 minutes which was at 10am when we spoke with him. It’s going on 2pm we called the home warranty company back and they reached out to them again and was met with an attitude and the guy stated he isn’t coming. Hours were missed from work due to us being told someone would be here. Regardless of what you have going on it’s not okay to be rude, unprofessional and have someone waiting for hours for you to show up only for you to decide you aren’t going to come out and you didn’t have the decency to let us know! The call was made due to a serious situation and we can’t wait days for it to be fixed which is why we were depending on this company to come out. I would not recommend them to anyone and you all should be ashamed of yourself!!

I have saved A-Mass plumbing as a forever contact. Before calling Roto-Ripoffs please contact A-Mass plumbing you will get quality service for a great price. I am beyond satisfied with the prompt response to my concern at a price I could understand and afford. A-Mass is A1 in my book. Thank you!!!

Mr James Newsome is a consummate professional. He recently reinstalled a double vanity, double kitchen sink, and a single sink vanity in my house and his display of knowledge of his profession was on display. He also replaced 4 leaking valves that would have been a problem later on. He is thorough, methodical, and   Trustworthy. I would recommend James to perform any plumbing job at my house without question, knowing it will be done professionally

A very professional company that went an extra mile to make sure that everything was safe and working properly.  Very reasonable prices and Mr.  Newsome was on time and went another extra mile to explain what I needed done.  I  will tell my friends and family about this company and Yes I will use this company again.

Called a mass this morning and they were out in an hour very prompt and professional got a great honest quote and I appreciated him showing me what the problem was and all my options great company I will definitely use them in the future
