Great customer service beginning with my initial inquiry to completed services! Love the fact there is no charge for someone to come out. I appreciated Zoom sending a confirmation with an image of the technician that would be visiting. Josh was so friendly and knowledgeable. He walked me through everything with great detail, he made me feel very confident with moving forward with services to unclog a main drain. If I have to utilize a plumbing company again I would highly recommend Zoom and request Josh specifically!

Unfortunately, we've had a number of plumbing issues in our almost 100 year old house. Most due to failing cast iron pipe, but most recently due to incorrectly run drain pipes for our kitchen sink, which were there when we bought the house 6 years ago. We've had 3 major repairs completed by Zoom and in every case the people were friendly, professional and competent. The repairs were completed in a timely manner to our satisfaction. They are probably not the cheapest solution, but they provide a good warranty for their services and have enough employees and equipment that we quickly have someone out when we need them. We will continue to use Zoom for drain line issues.
