  Travis was great! Despite my home warranty not covering the issue and me having to pay out of pocket, I think it was his excellent customer service skills that allowed me to be okay with paying out of pocket. He’s very knowledgeable and made sure everything was good and clean before leaving. He was also very efficient. He also explained the work that would need to get done to fix another issue I have and I now know that when I am ready to get that fixed, I want him to be the one to do it. This is the first time that I have a good experience with a plumber. Thank you Travis and keep up the good work.

  Austin, the plumbing tech, did an excellent job! He fixed all the items on our list, (other than the items NOT covered by our Home Warranty). He was very respectful to us and our property. He was very knowledgeable in diagnosing the issue and getting the repairs completed. AUSTIN IS THE BEST PLUMBING TECHNICIAN!!! Hopefully, he will be available the next time we have the need for a plumber.

  Aaron, the plumber was great! He was courteous and professional. He installed the new garbage disposal in a timely manner. Both he and Zeus Plumbing kept us informed about when he would be arriving. We have an insurance contract with First American, and this is the best experience that we have had with FA in a long time. I would highly recommend Aaron and Zeus Plumbing!
