The problem with the well gets fixed every time I have called them! Very pleasant and clean up well. My only issue is they are usually very busy and it takes time to get to your problem. They are busy for a reason,  quality work.

Schwope Rocks!  We discovered late in the day that our pump wasn't working and we had no water!  Too late for them to come out that day, but they assured us they'd make every effort to come out the next morning. And by 9:15am they were here & gone by 10:30 - all fixed!  Even one of the guys said he'd drilled our well 12 yrs ago.  Would not hesitate to use them again, and highly recommend them!

I called first thing this morning due to my reserve tank not filling.  I was immediately assisted and the repair was completed within a few hours.  Very affordable and honest with services needed.  I had also used them in 2013.  Always friendly and professional.  Grateful to have them in the community.  Will definitely use them for all of my well and pump needs.

I was very excited to gives these folks business based on their heritage in the community of Boerne and Kendal County.
There is value doing business local; I just had to find another local company in their industry.  My experience with Schwope & Son's had value; gave me a greater appreciation when I called the company I've gone with.

Mel was great when I called 8:00 am Monday morning, truly enjoyed him. He asked me for my number so  Karen could call me and set the appointment.   Karen seem to be great, admitting she had had a bad/tough weekend.
I did exactly as I was instructed by Karen, which took until late Tuesday to get accomplished.   Began calliong back Wednesday & Thursday  to report the results and schedule a time. The last phone call yesterday afternoon, I was instructed to do something else by another  sweet person on the phone reminded, while she reminded me how super busy they are, which I responded....I'm not in a hurry, just want to get it scheduled....at that point I realized I was more of a burden than benefit.
I called the next company, had great dialogue...that company never asked me to go through all the things Karen did. It is scheduled, I feel confident all will work out.
So, give them a try, just use this a guidline for your expectations.

Came when they said they would . Had a hard time getting the big truck in the right position because of power lines and a small flat area. But he didn't give up. He got it in with inches from my house and the rock ledge. Pulled out all pipe, found hole in the last pipe. Replaced all pipe to PVC.  Did this all in 3 hours. I buy all my well parts with Schwope. Nice friendly men and women. Great value.

Have been using Schope for decades.  When we found ourselves with no water at our rural home yesterday evening, we called Schope this morning and their folks arrived ahead of schedule, fixed the issue promptly & professionally, and didn't leave bits and pieces for us to clean up.  This company has our vote as "good people" and we don't hesitate to recommend their services.

Each time I need them it's always under less than ideal circumstances. I must say they always come through for me though. If I need water, I usually get it right away. If it's pump repairs or other system issue they take care of it, and their prices are reasonable. I don't think I can ask for anything more. MRC

Schwope and Sons put in my well and have serviced it ever since when I've needed help.  Their work could not be better.  They are quick to respond, they do only what needs doing, and their work is excellent.  Call them.

Super nice people.  I stopped in just to ask a technical question and Larry took a few minutes to educate me. It was very kind of him.

Top notch service. I woke up and didn't have any water. I called first thing in the morning and they had a crew out and water back on by 8:30 am.  I would definitely recommend them to anyone in need of well service.
