Completely dissatisfied with Zepp plumbing's professionalism and inability to articulate the amount of dry wall damage that they did in our home. They did not give us full disclosure on the amount of damage they would do "it will be covered by the current panel." They also did not respond in a timely manner to any of our communications regarding this issue. Mr. Zepp's response was less satisfying with "oh well, you know those things happen and I'm not responsible."

We have used Zepp plumbing many times over the years and have always been pleased with their service. Mr Zepp and his crew are competent and pleasant to work with. With our recent septic tank issue, Mr Zepp patiently explained what needed to be done each step of the way and the work was completed quickly. Their prices are competitive. It is nice to have a hometown company of people that care.
