  We hired to replace our water heater. A guy came out for inspection which took all of 10 minutes, which was fine. On installation day they completely uninstalled our old system, got it up and outside, brought the new one down and realized it was too big for the door. Obviously something they should have figured out beforehand.. so they had to demo half of the door frame and break into the wall to fit the new system, otherwise we would have had to wait without water. At least a month later (And a set appointment where nobody showed up), the door frame was finally repaired but It still has chunks taken out of it from the demo job. Absolutely unprofessional, and I am still finding pieces of wood and metal shards all over my floor (Even after vacuuming). Please choose someone else.

  Michael, we are very sorry that you were not satisfied with our service. We dealt with your property manager throughout this process including scheduling, We replaced your existing HWH with the comparable HWH. Since you had an existing HWH in the space we had no way of knowing it wouldn't fit through the door, so we informed that we would need to remove the door frame, or return with a smaller HWH. We were instructed to go ahead and remove the door frame so the new HWH could be installed, which we did. We were asked later if we could return to reinstall a new door frame. We agreed and scheduled a guy to return to reinstall a door frame at a later time, at a discounted rate. Your property manager was there with our employee during the rebuild of your door frame and at no time were we informed there was any issue with the end result, we certainly would have gladly returned to rectify any issue. We are sorry that you were not happy with the service we provided. We make every effort to make sure all of our customers are happy and 100% satisfied. If we are not made aware of the issues, we don't have an opportunity to make things right. Thank you and we wish you the best.

  Earlier this month we noticed a leak in our hot water heater. Mid-day we called Mark Brew Plumbing and within hours they were at our home diagnosing the issue. We ended up needing a replacement hot water heater and through a follow up call that same day, plans were in place to order a new unit (we were given clear options on what type) and to schedule delivery and install for the following day. Rates were fair and service techs were courteous. Following install (within 26 hours of initial call to them!) there was a billing snafu (my fault) and they handled it graciously. We will use Mark Brew Plumbing again!

  Excellent attention. Spoke with owner Mark Brew in person. He is very courteous and helpful. Excellent service. Knowledgeable, capable, efficient, experienced plumber/technician. Schedule for service accommodated my schedule so that I could meet my other commitments. Very much better than other plumbing companies which use heavy advertising to claim their services are better. Companies that charge a low initial fee will charge higher fees for work needed and use marketing strategies to lock customers into signing contracts without getting a second opinion on options for work needed and alternative pricing. I highly recommended Mark Brewer Plumbing.
