  Zelics came highly recommended. When I called they said they’d be here on Thursday but their machine broke down so they came Friday morning with a 2nd broken machine and I had to wait 4 hours once the machine was fixed they were done in 30 minutes. $125.00 and $80 of lost work time. I left and was gone until Tuesday night. Thursday night it backed up again so I called and asked if they guaranteed their work and Sam (the owner) said they would take care of the drain and again I left work at 9 am cause they said they’d be here within the hour at 12:30 they showed up and said they cleared the drain again within 40 minutes and charged me $70 and another $100 in lost work time. I don’t know much about clearing drains but I believe they rushed through it the first time because they were behind because of the broken machine and when an owner says he’ll take care of it that’s what I expected. I will not be calling them anytime in the future!!! Bad customer service!!!

  Sam and his guys had to dig up the street and reconnect my sewer was broken off from the main they did a fantastic job I would highly recommend them very

  The owner sent 2 guys that were rude and disrespectful. After 2 hours they were still looking at the basement drain. They then left and never returned. When I called the owner he said they would be back. The next day, day 3, I called again and he started cursing at me, using the foul language. So they left a mess and never returned! DO NOT CALL THIS BUSINESS. !! HORRIBLE!!
