Absolutely amazing! I called on Friday morning to see if someone could fix my A/C or at least let me know what we needed to do to get it fixed. By Friday afternoon, Jason was at my house fixing my A/C.

This company is fast, reliable, and very responsive. I will be using them again in the future for all my HVAC issues. Thank you JASON!

We had a new furnace and air conditioning unit installed. Everyone from the Tim the sale representative to Tim, Cody and Dalton who did the installation were excellent to work with and all were polite and very competent. We are extremely pleased with this company and would highly recommend them.

I called with an issue with my toilet at 8:00 am.  I requested service today.  I explained if they could not come, I would call someone else, no problem.  They put me on hold then came back and said someone would be here today. I waited untl 2:00 and finally called to find out that no, they could not come now.  I could have had someone else out if they would have told me sooner.

I called on a Monday for a hot water heater repair/replacement. They came on Tuesday and discovered the location of the old heater would require extra work to remove and a new location for the replacement. They came the next day and did the work. They were professional, efficient, and reasonable in price for the extra work required. I will use them again for any future issues.

I have been using Central for years, I called for furnace service today and they came out immediately and fixed my problem in no time.  I really appreciate they were available during the COVID-19 shutdown and responded so quickly.  Once again, excellent company as always.

We have had wonderful customer service and good quality work from this company. The estimators and service technicians are so thoughtful even to ask to put booties on over their shoes to reduce dirt in your home. This company did a service call/maintenance on our older gas furnace and installed a new commerical ducting for our hood range. Looking forward to working with them in the future.

I was incredible impressed with the knowledge, punctuality, and performance with this gentleman. He was honest, to the point, and did fantastic work! I would 100% recommend him, and the organization he works for as well as will constantly continue to use them! He was honest and fair. He came in and got the work done fast, His work was 100% quality!

I called them for a boiler repair. The person I spoke with said he would have someone come out by end of the week. No one came and no one called.

Issue with technician lying about what he told me over the phone while at rental house that we own. . And also the office person lied as well.
We had a maintenance contract and they tried to charge me labor which should have been included in the service agreement, even on weekends. The technician first tried to tell me the person who installed the thermostat did it wrong - which was BS because it was a very experienced furnace guy who did it - there are only 2 wires that hook up this thermostat & if it was installed wrong it wouldn’t have worked at all from the beginning.
Also he said he told me over the phone while he was there that I would be charged $185 in labor because a thermostat wasn’t part of the service agreement - which was NOT true because I would have told him to come back on Monday to do it (it was a Sunday & wasn’t that cold) & there is nothing in the service contract about replacing a thermostat - which only takes about 15minutes to swap out.
Then when I told the office girl that the tech told me no such thing, she  tried to tell me that she “pulled the recordings of the phone conversations” - to which I replied “Wow, really ? Because you do know that it’s against the law in PA to record a conversation without both parties knowing ?” And then she said “ well it wasn’t us it was Verizon” , and I said “well if that’s the case the FBI would be very interested in Verizon tapping phone conversations”.  She backpedaled from there after which i said never mind I am finding another company and I hung up.

Also I spoke to someone who used to work for Central- he said “I worked for them for years. Labor is free no matter the time of day. If you have a paid plan service your thermostat is included no matter who put it in”
Keep in mind I do realize parts must be paid for, but there should have been NO charge for labor.
One other interesting thing to note is that we had called Central 6 years ago to get a quote on a brand new furnace & AC. The salesman tried to sell us a unit that wasn’t right for the size of our house- he was basically trying to unload it on us (it had been ordered for someone else who cancelled the installation )

We needed a new furnace and Dan helped us out. He was polite and nice to my little girl, who loved him! Angelo installed our new furnace and he was professional and fast. They even brought my little one a hat from the company :)
