  Jim and Nate from ZPlumberz came to replace my laundry tub faucet and to replace my water meter valves. They were prompt...even calling first so I knew when they were coming.. Jim was very knowledgeable and took the time to explain everything they were doing and go over things when they were done. They were very friendly and courteous. The jobs were charged as quoted with no extra service charges. I would highly recommend this company and would certainly use them again should the need arise.

  The plumber who came out did a fantastic job. However, I do have some gripes with the business model. There is a $75 charge to "diagnose" or whatnot which gets applied to whatever work you have done. However, when I asked what the hourly rate was, they said "we don't say that over the phone and the plumber will tell you how much it will be". I then said I wanted a hot water heater re-plumbed because it was leaking and a reverse osmosis system installed. The original date he was supposed to come out, he ended up being a couple hours late which is fine, so it was rescheduled to the next business day. The plumber did a fantastic job with the hot water heater, but "ran out of time" for the reverse osmosis system. I paid $375 to redo a 4 gallon mini hot water heater. And the plumber wanted $475 for a reverse osmosis system (which all the parts came included). I ended up asking my father if he could do it, and he was able to do it in under 2 hours and had all the parts, and he's not even a plumber. In all, I do think the prices are a bit high, I didn't get everything I wanted done that day, and they initially wouldn't tell me an hourly rate or anything. I chose Z Plumberz as they were local and wanted to help "buy local", but I will be going elsewhere for plumbing needs.

  I was quickly able to connect with customer service to request service for a drain to be unclogged and the next step was to wait for the plumber to call me back with a service time. I had another company (Edwards Plumbing and Heating) call me back and complete service before I even heard back from Z Plumberz within 24 hours of my initial call. I can't recommend this company for emergency situations.
