This has been my best choice of all time, Blake have went above and beyond to make sure my experience with this company was amazing. He made sure I understand everything every step of the way and did a Tremendous job on clearing my Backed up drain. My service was worth every Dollar!!

Dana and Mike were great. Mike was the apprentice and took instruction from Dana. Dana inspected everything Mike did and pronounced he was completely satisfied. The work that was performed was a drain clean out and faucet installation.  They arrived ed on time and left no mess.

Great experience with company. Came out to snake main sewer drain. Blake did an extraordinary job and worked very hard to make sure he got through. Definitely recommend

I had to have a large amount of my plumbing replaced from under my slab home to the street it was orange burg and had all collapsed . All the guys where where very friendly , but the cost was mind blowing !! I do feel like I paid more then I would have with another company, it was so much money . Nonetheless we went with them because it was a emergency and we had no drainage in our home . They did do a great job with the plumbing , but considering I paid well over  25k I feel like my yard should have been left in much better condition or they should send people out after the ground settles to even out the dirt and do a better clean up job .

This particular location is terrible.  Run! I wish I could give zero stars.  They billed my insurance company for services that was not done.  They billed as if they serviced my entire basement when they did not.  After speaking with Katie, they lowered it to about half the square footage in my basement.  Half, what a joke! It was not even a third of my basement.  I am happy with the quality of work that they done but my basement was not flooded with sewerage.  It was just a small area that shot up from the main pipe when the tech placed the water in it.  The hydrojetting I have been informed was probably also unnecessary and most likely caused the sewarage flow from the pipe to erupt.  I have used Roto rooter for several of my homes.  This was the first time I used this particular location due to the vicinity of this property, I will not be using them again.
If you use this company make sure you stay with the tech for every step because they will overcharge you. I wish I had a better picture with the whole basement, but as you can see it was clearly not the entire basement just the area surrounding the pipe.

Paid over $200 and they couldn’t solve my problem. They also wrote up a recommendation for a camera hydro jet for $1,500 and I was told that would be a discount.

With another company everything was fixed and sorted out for $150! I do not recommend.

Roto-Rooter quickly matched our needs with their service technician, Dana, who found A LOT of work when he got to the house. Before getting started, Dana walked my wife and I through all the stuff he'd be doing, and helped explain each option we had (for faucet installation, etc) and was sure to have our best interests in mind. He couldn't have been more polite, and while the work had him in the house literally all day, we were sad to see such a nice dude go! Can't recommend Roto/Dana enough!

Carlos was amazing. Had to call them for an emergency issue. He called when he was on his way and fixed our problem in a timely manner. He went above and beyond.
