  Another update Still waiting. Was told I had to pay 5000 to have windows tested to determine failure. So much for total customer service and warranty. 21 thousand dollar windows still let in more cold then they block. Update Well its been almost a year. They have come multiple times, put foam in the frames, replaced 1 broke from.yhe factory. Had a guy here for 3 days outside tearing off trim to find the leaks. Said it was good. Now it's cold again and on a windy day I rechecked and most of the windows still have noticable air coming in. The thermometer in one window reads 35 and the room temp is 73. The only answers I get is we are trying to come up with a plan.. it's been almost a year. $20,000 worth of windows and it's worst the the old ones that were replaced. I would not do business with this company again. It has been a nightmare and horrible service and products. Well I will say I was excited for new windows. They showed up days late, took over two weeks to do 10 windows. Left the outside completely open undone for the whole time. Called and said there is wind blowing curtains in the "sealed" windows. Was told it would be better when finished. They finally finished. Now its colder in my house then before. I can feel cold air coming in threw several windows. Put thermometers in and they read 30 degrees due to air rushing in. Called and emailed and took a week for a response and told it will be 2 more weeks till some one even look at them. There is frost and condensation inside and out of several windows. Spent $20,000 for these new junk windows. We will see if the actually fix it

  This summer we had a walk-in tub installed for my elderly parents. Scott R did a wonderful job. The project wasn’t the easiest, but he did it with a cheery positive attitude. He was very professional. Everything was spotless when he finished. He represents the company well.

  My husband and I got our bathroom remodeled and Scott was our installer! He was 100% amazing! Professional on every aspect! He worked three long days. Every single time I came home on break unannounced he was hard working and cleaned up after himself every single day. He always kept informed on the process every single day and he asked permission when he could come and leave. He respected us and was on time every single day! We would 100% recommend him and this company to anyone. I have tested the shower and I have severe ocd with placement and everything met my standards. The product quality is fantastic, and I couldn’t be happier. Thanks so much Scott!!!! When we redo our bedroom bathroom we will be asking for you in the future, thanks again!!!
