  I had this outfit install a Train furnace about 5 years ago, that was a clean and efficient install. The review I leave today is the service crew that helps keep the community warm in the winter. They are professional and on time with their service calls. Guys are friendly and very knowledgeable. I recommend these guys for any heating and cooling needs.

  WOW!!!! I am so impressed with the service we received from Anthony!! Our furnace stopped working Tuesday, the beginning of the BLIZZARD!! I was surprised when I spoke with Anthony and he said he would make it out! He drove 35 mph to get to our house! He fixed the furnace, ordered a DEINI, and said he would be back. He called today, Friday, the part was in, and he wanted to come out. I told him our roads were not good, and he said, "I will park and walk to your house if I need to, I don't want something to happen and you be without heat until Monday!!!" I have had many amazing people help in the past, but Anthony definitely went above and beyond. He came and fixed the furnace! We will DEFINITELY use H.A. Thompson & Sons for ALL our heating and cooling needs. Thank you AnthonY

  I had HA Thompson come by and look at my boiler in my apartment building. I had let the tech in with a key and i was there when he left, he was there for a total of 45 minutes. I was surprised when my bill arrived, i had been billed for 3.5 hours. These guys are crooks, total and complete crooks. Litterally highway robbery. I would NEVER recommend this company to anyone.
