  Very professional. On time. Diagnosed problem quickly and had all necessary parts on the truck. Repaired and cleaned area. William was pleasant to deal with. Made sure that all was done to my satisfaction. Would definitely call them again.

  WARNING - DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! My parents are retired older folks in Florida who were taken advantage of. I could not believe that this company would feel no shame in charging them $1286 to unclog a drain and replace a trap. I actually was able to get a copy of the invoice - see the photo - to prove what they did. They have NO SHAME. When I contacted them to get this corrected, we played phone tag and I'm still waiting for them to call me back. What type of business would take advantage of the elderly like this? My parents told me they were working for about 2 hours total. This was a leak repair under a sink. See the invoice (I downloaded a screenshot, as long as this is permitted in Google reviews you should see it) and see for yourself what this company is about. My parents are in their 80s. This was a pure greed move by the Your1Plumber company. You hear about these situations in the news, and now I know they happen from personal experience.

  Thank your parents for entrusting us with their plumbing service needs. Their expression of confidence in our company is sincerely appreciated. Thank you also for expressing your concerns about the price of our last visit. I have reviewed the file carefully and discussed it with the technician who did the work. The charge was correct for the work that was done. In response to pricing concerns that we implemented our Menu Pricing System. We call it “Up Front Pricing,” because our customers are assured in writing, in advance, what the complete price for their job will be. That way you can consider the proposal and approve it or not before our technician even starts to perform the repair, the price doesn’t depend on how long any particular job takes. We wish it were possible to render quality service for less. Unfortunately, today’s economy makes things more expensive than we would like, including the basic elements that go into quality service and proper repairs. Let's review the job; your parents had a kitchen drain clog which meant both sinks would fill up, secondly the drain pipes for both sinks were tape up, which indicate possible multi leaks. The repair; Cut out the drain completely, snake the drain and re install a new drain system. We all have elderly parents here in Florida that we look out for, therefore we make sure that we do everything we can to provide excellent service. We take exception to your comment "taken advantage of the elderly".

  William and the staff were great to deal with. They were prompt, professional, courteous and had reasonable prices. Will be my go-to plumber in the future.
