Vantage did all of our plumbing when we purchased and remodeled our house. There were issues even while the work was done (water leaks, loose toilets, unfinished work), but in the end it was done and we settled in. Now, a year and 7 months later, we discovered a leak under the kitchen sink (new kitchen installed when we remodeled, vantage did all the the work as mentioned). Turns out that a fitting under the sink had a loose fitting, it was not connected properly and completely came apart. Not something you expect to happen in less than two years, maybe after ten years but probably not even then. My husband called Vantage multiple times and no one returned his calls. I called and got "lucky" when the phone was answered, however the woman that answered told me they no longer "do" service, only new construction. I explained that they did all of our remodeling which is new construction and I told her the problem is caused because the fitting was not done properly initially. Clearly it is the installer's responsibility. I was told that they'll call me back and that now they do "million dollar homes". NO ONE CALLED BACK. This company does NOT take responsibility for their work. Ignoring calls and responsibilities is their specialty.

The measure of good service is how they handle the unusual problems which are thrown in the way. Vantage extended themselves beyond what could normally be expected in resolving my problem. Technical service was top notch and I was called every time there was an update. This is the way any business should be run. It just so happens that Vantage has perfected the art.

Horrible company to deal with if I could have given them no stars I would! I called because my shower did not have hot water, the plumber came and told me that my entire upstairs did not have hot water. I told him that the other bathroom upstairs did have hot water. He processed to go to my garage and told me my water heater was old and needed replacing and they can replace it for 1800 dollars. At that point I told him that he can leave! Then Vantage plumber called me and told me I need to pay $125.00 because the plumber was there for over an hour. Which he was not! So I paid the bill for 125 dollars and the plumber did nothing but walk around my house. Horrible company!
