  Had them come out for some faucet work, and the guy was supposed to be back to do the work and never sbowed up or even called. Called the next day and was told he couldn't do it until next week now. Asked them to call and let me know when they would be out, and they never did. Called again to let them know I was going elsewhere, and the receptionist, Vicky, was incredibly unprofessional and rude over the phone. Yelling and arguing with a customer is never the way to make a sale.. Steer clear of this place.

  Courtney, sorry about this. We did go out to your house and found that we would have to remove the skirting around the house to get to the plumbing. We had you scheduled for the following Monday as you were told. We called and even showed up twice to your house, but no answer.

  Kevin and his team are extremely talented and really care about their clients. The owner Kevin Wrightsman even came out on a call after 9 pm on a Tuesday night. Scott and Joe have done great work at our new home as well. Thanks Wrightsman team!
