  Told us they would be here Tuesday, didn't show up until Wednesday. Went to lunch but never came back. Said they would be here Thursday, didnt show up until Friday afternoon. When they left they said everything was done and good to go. The water was left off so husband turned on and in middle of night person in basement woke us say her ceiling was falling in due to water. Also had water damage on main floor. When I called Todd he said we were in the wrong because we turned water on. I could go on and on but don't have enough room. Will never go back. We also had them install water line for new laundry room on main floor. Installed it on wrong wall and when Todd came to check it out he was very rude and said we must have told them wrong wall. I said south wall next to electric outlet for washer/dryer. They put it on north wall where there was no electric outlet.

  Disappointing. Being told they guarantee their work and coming back the second time but charging us as if the second time was the first is not guaranteeing anything. It certainly wasn't our fault that the first guys didn't do their job. Plain and simple, we were charged for what made them the most money and it is an unfair business practice.

  Sue, our records indicate you called and talked to the owner of Lammel Plumbing about this issue. The charges for the first visit were voided out due to an error on the plumbers part. You were only charged for the plumbers being there once. It seems you feel this issue was not resolved. You are welcome to call back to resolve it. Have a nice day!
