Kevin G. called before arriving and was punctual. He was very polite and provided Outstanding Customer Service.  He clearly explained all the work details performed. His workmanship showed us that he paid attention to every detail, which was very much appreciated by my husband and myself.

As always Worley's did a great job.  Water was leaking, they had the old one out and new one in in less than 36 hours.  The team was terrific.  Explained everything in detail and cleaned up the area.  They protected my floors by covering and always covered their shoes when entering my home.  Their prices are competitive, their service teams are knowledgeable and they meet their schedule.

Chuck and his team did a foundation encapsulation and moisture system to our home,.
When the quote was done, Chuck sat down us and explained every aspect of what work would be done.
We decided to to go ahead and have his team do the work.
My wife and I are always worry that the salesman always talks a good game but their team never delivers what is promised!
Well, I have to say we were greatly surprised.
His team showed up on the date and time they said they would.
They checked in every day to explain what they were doing ( multiple days job) we were kind and courteous,
At the end of the day, they would check back in to let us know what is completed and what the schedule for the next day was, and make sure if we had any questions to answer them.
When work was completed they provided pictures of the work completed and went over everything.
When they left they left the work areas clean like there were not even there.
To make a long story short,

2. Work completed: A+
3. His team: A+++
4. Overall: A+++

The technician, Lamont, seemed to be very knowledgeable about his craft in diagnosing the problem. We eagerly await his return.
The following week, a young man, Jarred, came out to install a unit. He and his helper did a fabulous job! We had natural gas run to our home over the winter and had another plumber run the lines throughout the house for the appliances. After installing the tankless water heater, it wouldn’t hold a flame. Noah came over and fixed the problem quickly and professionally. He and his partner were timely, kind, and explained everything. Within a short time we had hot water and more space in the laundry room.

Justin and Tag with Worleys did all of the electrical work for our porch recently. They were polite, on time, and professional. Inspector came out next day and said everything was done correctly. Would definitely use them again.

Will Conroy and his team replaced our HVAC ducting over 2.5 days and we were really impressed with their punctuality, professionalism, efficiency and courtesy, and how well they cleaned up after themselves (especially since we have a puppy that will eat anything!). Since the HVAC system would be off for several days, they offered to bring in some heat or AC units if we wanted them, and they were careful to seal up the openings from our crawlspace so we didn’t have to worry about wildlife or bugs getting into the house.  They even were able to do the work a week earlier than expected.  All-in-all, we had a really good experience with Worleys and would definitely use them again.

Hands down, the best quality service I’ve had. Lamont was very thorough and professional. He had my heating unit up in a timely manner. I am going to leave my home warranty and use Worley’s from here on out.
