  Mario and Jaran did an outstanding job installing our new tankless water heater. Our old one was making a very loud & disturbing vibrating noise, and unfortunately had reached the end of it's useful life. They were extremely friendly & professional, and worked very hard to finish the big job in a single day. The water did not quite get as hot as we wanted, and when I called Works Plumbing about it Mario came right out the very next day to adjust the temperature up for us. Great company with great customer service!!

  I liked the fact that Kyle went over all the options there were, and took his time going over them. He did clean work and showed his experience by running everything efficiently and clean. The only thing I did not like was having a defined quote when discussing price, amost felt like a negotiation. However, it was defined prior to the start of work, and seemed fair especially for the quality of work. The speed at which he did a whole change out, including removal, and code requirement changes was less than 3 hours. Again, I would recommend them and Kyle to anyone, and I will use them for any plumbing needs!

  Kyle came to my house to clear a sewer line and encountered a nightmare problem that would have caused most plumbers to give up. The hose got caught on some obstruction and would not pull out. No amount of pulling, twisting, and yanking would budge it. He climbed into the manhole out in the street but the problem was too far away. I'm sure most plumbers would have just left, saying they would be back when they could (and maybe never come back) or more likely, offer some wildly expensive solution. But Kyle never gave up. Over and over, the hose wouldn't budge an inch. But after almost two hours of yanking, pulling, twisting, and running .water, he finally somehow got it out, put in a camera, and removed the blockage. Through it all, he never complained. He just worked the problem. If most workers were as conscientious and persistent as Kyle, we would all live less stressful lives.
