  Today l had the pleasure of meeting Mike Rosenberg from Rosenberg Plumbing who came to my home to repair my water heater. Not having hot water for a few days, l really appreciated that he was able to accommodate me the same day l called. He carefully checked my water heater and explained the options to me. I was totally impressed with his knowledge and professionalism. He is absolutely the very best. I would highly recommend Rosenberg Plumbing and would give him 5 stars. I would him 10 stars if the ratings went that high!

  Our water heater didn't work so our home warranty company sent Mike of Rosenberg Plumbing to our house. After inspection, Mike told us that we would need a new water heater. He asked us to write a check of $600 right away for some modification work before he would do anything. We had to write him a check under this situation. He installed the new water heater, which is the same model as the old one, without doing any modification work. The only thing he did was to connect the water heater with water pipelines with two new soft tube. It should be part of standard installation! We emailed and sent text messages to Mike for a receipt with the modification works he claimed he would do. However, he never respond to me. We were ripped-off by Rosenberg Plumbing! Stay away from this dishonest company!
