  They are Lowe's Sub-Sub contractors (under Mega Plumbing). They installed a dishwasher such that (according to dishwasher repair specialist) could burn our house down. I tried to schedule a fix. They don't respond. When cornered they say that only one lady schedules and she is out for the week and nobody can schedule except this one lady. Lowes manager called many times and they refused even though this is a hazard in our home. Then they hanged up on me when I asked if anything can be done. It is so bad that Lowes promises to reimburse my expenses in finding another company to fix this. Attached are images which show the wires leading into the plastic junction box failed. I don't know why. I am not an electrician. But those wires were installed leading from another junction box that Workman & Son's installed. The black specks in the cover are/were burnt wire and wire casing.

  Came home after a fun night on the town with my wife and kids to a kitchen flooded and water pouring from my ceiling all over with no idea what was going on or what to do. I was literally in a panic. I Looked up emergency plumbing repair and found Workman and Sons. Called the on call 24/7 number tonight at around 10:30 pm and Devon and Austin came immediately, found out the problem and fixed it immediately and explained in great detail everything and even set me up with a emergency repair company for the water damage. I was scared I was going to have to find a place for my young family and I to stay while the issue was resolved but we don’t even have to get a hotel for the night. Very satisfied with their service and will definitely use them again. Amazing work!

  We were experiencing “ water hammer”. They came installed water pressure regulator on top of extensive multiple fittings (unnecessary) from the main line coming into the house back in Dec. It didn’t fix the problem it just lessened the noise. This month the noise got worse. Called the office advising. Didn’t get a return call in a timely manner instead received an email (6 days later) stating plumber would arrive on certain date from the hours “between and”, no time listed. Was disgusted at this point contacted another plumber. My new plumber fixed the problem. Solution: The water pressure regulator was installed backwards.
