  I called to get an estimate and the guy told me he would call me in a few days, and never did. Fast forward about a month, call again schedule an appointment for a phone call. He called 2 days later than he said he would to schedule someone to come and look at it. The guy shows up, looks at the project and says, give me a day or 2 to get an estimate, that was 3 weeks ago. The way i look at it if i have to chase you down in order to give you my money you wont show up for the job. The sad thing is this is more and more frequent nowadays.

  Great job!! On time and very professional. Will definitely call Genesis again.

  Rude on the phone. Website says they provide home service, but apparently they focus only on comnercial service.
