  I was in a bad spot with an ancient water heater. Jasmine was the woman who took my call, she was so nice and got me in touch with their technician Grant. He was amazing! Awesome person, very knowledgeable.Came to my house, diagnosed the problem, and offered a solution. Grant brought a new water heater, and had it installed in less than 2 hours. I highly recommend this company to anyone, and ask for Grant. And thank you again Grant!

  The men that represent this company go above and beyond every visit and I could not say enough good things about them. I am so appreciative of Mike, Anthony, and Cody from Wolcott. They are so busy but always go out of their way to help. They are professional, kind, personable, helpful, and easy to reach whenever. We had a plumbing disaster and they responded promptly with a calm and reassuring demeanor. Mike worked late until the repair was completed to ensure we didn't go another day without water. You can tell this company really cares about their customers as they treat it as far more than just a job. They work with you and provide excellent service for a reasonable price. Their problem solving skills and dedication to their customers make them a valuable asset to the community. I will not hesitate to call them for any future repairs as my experience was nothing less than excellent.

  We had a pipe break in the evening, a very difficult time to find a plumber. Wolcott Plumbing answered quickly, and was able to have someone come out that evening. They were able to cap the pipe, turn the water back on for the evening, and returned next day to complete the repair. They also connected us with remediation services to help with the clean-up. Definitely appreciated their quick response and quality work.
