  We have been using WNY Plumbing since building our home in 2012 and have had nothing but excellence from their services. Mike is beyond helpful, professional and kind. We also appreciate how respectful and clean Mike leaves things when doing repairs. He always explains the issues and shows me, to help us maintain things. It sounds crazy but we look forward to seeing him from time to time to catch up whenever we need a repair. We highly recommend WNY Plumbing. For us, Mike is the best around and we are grateful.   Super pleasant staff on the phone . Plumber called first to let me know he'd be there within 1/2 hour. Fixed the issue with no mess, no fuss. Even asked if there were any other issues I needed fixed while he was on premises. Reasonable cost and very professional. Highly recommend.
