The owner was very responsive to a 9pm phone call on a Saturday night & made arrangements to meet my husband early on Sunday morning. He had the exact pump we needed to replace in stock. Excellent customer service! Thanks again!!

Very poor customer service, they made a mistake that cost me money and instead of making right on it, they flat out lied. I don't normally leave reviews but hate to see others treated this way. DO NOT do business with them.

IF I COULD GIVE 0 STARS YOU BET YOUR ARSE I WOULD! I visited the store looking for an adapter for a diaper hose I was trying to connect to my toilet, long story short, I overheard a gentleman asking the man tending the store if he was hiring to which the employee answered no. The man inquiring then asked if he could have his signature on his notepad (something for his unemployment requirements, im assuming) and the man told him to get out. The gentleman looked so puzzled. The employee then said “I heard what you said, get out and go look for a job.” Shame on him. EVERY human deserves respect regardless of circumstances. If you’re not happy with unemployment requirements, go out and make a change. Go out and get something done. Dont be mad at this man. Hopefully, if that man wasn’t the owner, the owner sees this and does something. Says something. Teaches their employees that people, regardless of circumstances, matter! That mayne that man wasn’t a customer that day, however, life has a funny way of changimg before your very eyes. Today he could be down, tomorrow his luck could do a complete 180! I hope that when that man gets back on his feet he visits your store and reminds you of what you did to him. And I hope that there is a little bit of decency left in that terrible man to feel ashamed of himself. Judge yourself before you judge others.
