We have had many wonderful experiences with Small Solutions.  Most recently, we called for emergency service on a Saturday when our heat was not working.  They responded quickly and spent several hours making sure we would have heat that night.  Their technicians are friendly and knowledgeable.  We know that Small Solutions is a trustworthy company and we will continue to call them for all of our HVAC needs.

We called Small Solutions for after hours service on a Sunday morning to assist with a possible Thermostat or furnace issue. We received a call 15 minutes before arriving to let us know they were on the way, and they were on site within 3 hours of my first calling them. Jason was polite and knowledgeable. He cleaned and inspected the furnace, the thermostat, and the wiring to breaker box, shut offs, and thermostat. He offered us options and advice without any upselling. Very reasonable prices for on-call service, and we are very pleased with the visit. We were provided a 30 day warranty on this service call.  We'll definitely use them again should we have any issues.

We have been using Small Solutions for many years - they have taken great care of our HVAC systems and furnaces, including the ones we should have replaced years ago! They are professional and personable but more importantly, knowledgeable about these products. They have been great at keeping my equipment in proper shape. I am never hesitant to call them as I feel they are fair and businesslike. Highly recommend them.

We used Small Solutions to replace a 20-year-old heat pump with a Bosch unit.  Small Solutions is highly recommended for HVAC work - they have the necessary experience and crews to get in and get the job done quickly and professionally.  Their knowledge of the Bosch system makes me confident it will provide years of efficient service.  I will gladly consider them in the future for any other HVAC work.

I've been having trouble finding a reliable HVAC service in Winchester.  I've avoided the big-name companies since they tend to charge more to pay for all that advertising they do.  This small, family business was responsible, showing up on time, and figured out the problem with a somewhat old furnace.  Rather than try to persuade me that it's time for a total replacement, they "saved" the furnace for now. Levy was courteous and professional. Within the next few years, this Duplex will need two new furnaces.  To those HVAC firms that ignored my calls, that kept canceling appointments, you lost out on a good customer because I found a better alternative.  A company I didn't have to beg to come out and look at my old furnace.

We were looking for a full house mini-split system.  We had several estimates.  When Small Solutions came out for their first visit, Robert performed an in-depth analysis of our HVAC requirements and provided an estimate the next day.  Given their installation approach and cost (much lower than other estimates) we chose Small Solutions. Garrett, the head installer, came out the week prior to review the job and gave us his approach to the job. We were very impressed with the installation. If any issues came up Garrett communicated his concerns and gave us his recommended approach — all of which were superb. We recommend Small Solution for any HVAC installation job.

Only ones around to be responsive to a phone call 24/7.  Came ahead of scheduled time by 2 hours, very businesslike and professional and confident in their ability.  Problem was diagnosed and fixed in about twenty minutes for a very fair price.  They’ve got my business as long as they want it.

Routine spring service to AC system. Arrived in time slot that was promised. The tech (Aaron) was professional and personable. Love using Small Solutions. They are knowledgable and more importantly...........reliable.

I had the pleasure of speaking with Robert who came out to give me a quote on AC replacement. He spoke with a great breadth of knowledge and experience that was genuinely impressive.
