  Utilized their service on a few occasions and on our most recent project there was a small discrepancy with billing that was discussed and through a cordial conversation felt that matter was resolved. We recently had issues on a faucet they installed this past month and made an appt. to have their rep review the work and also was adding additional projects (for return business). Williamson Plumbing scheduled the follow-up appointment but the next day called and refused to review their work or service our location. No longer would recommend following this type of action.
