We purchased a heating / cooling inspection & service plan for the heat / air conditioning. The technician that came out with a trainee was hurried, poked a hole in the boot connecting the inside unit to the distribution trunk, then drilled a hole in one of the A/C ducts without telling me why or what he was doing. These holes were for thermometers. He checked everything out inside and closed everything up. They went outside to inspect the unit out there. When he walked right back into my home without knocking, he began rattling a laundry list of issues that were wrong and prices so fast I couldn’t keep up. Instead of be patient and explaining what was found; he asked if I wanted it fixed. I was furious, first because when they arrived they began to walk in without ringing the doorbell or knocking, did that again after inspecting the outdoor unit, was not informative or explain when poking holes in the system, began to get aggressive when I called him out about common courtesy so I ordered them out of my home and off my property. I followed them out and told him I should contact his company. After a wave of his arm I told him I was calling now. I spoke with his manager as he was putting the unit back together. I have used this company before and they were great..,

Zach was friendly & very efficient. Gave me some info on a Solace Air filter & I have to admit, I'm very interested! He was very informative & a good sales person. Not pushy, just had the facts & a pamphlet & had 1 in the van that he showed me. He understood how it functioned & dumbed it down for me.

Our old heating system quit. The company that installed it no longer services their equipment so we called Service HQ. They came out within a couple of hours, showed us exactly what was wrong, and gave us plenty of information to make a decision on how to move forward. The technicians that came out to do the work were professional, knowledgeable, friendly, and got the job done in a timely manner. In fact they were done much quicker than we expected. We would definitely recommend this business to friends and family.
