  Do not use this unorganized company. They were called for emergency no heat situation and it took 1 week to fix. There are so many different people answering the phone in the office, no one manager. They expected a check or cash, what year is it? They asked me for 50% deposit nd once I paid they ordered a part online to be shipped to my place, didn't provide any other info and we waited for the part and they entered the ship address incorrectly so it was delayed by another day. The job estimate went from $250 to $1700 for a replacement motor. Don't use them.

  Horrible company, came to do a repair that didn't work. I paid over $400 for it. Called them back and they asked for more money to fix a problem they supposedly previously fixed. Do not use!

  Good follow up after installation. The heater did not seem to be working properly after installation and they immediately sent out a very qualified technician who figured out the problem to a faulty electrical connection and helped me fix the issue. Would definitely use their services again.
