  I have used these folks twice now. Efficient, polite, knowledgeable, and reasonably priced. Good communication and explanations. it's always nice when you find a "go to" service, and I have found my plumber. They do not have a website (facebook only), but don't let that hold you back.

  Initially seemed good. Reasonable prices and fixed my sink quickly. However, with the shower, they couldn't find the part needed (new shower and they weren't familiar with it). This is where it went south. The guy put the slightly leaking cartridge back in reversed H/C and this caused it to leak even more. I should note it was leaking for 6 months with no issues, just slight annoyance and leaking out the front. I waited over a week for them to get the part, no communication. Now I am seeing mold on the drywall and wet floors. Yep, lots of water damage. Thousands of dollars of damage later, I had a different company come out to repair the damage to my home, but now more than 2 weeks after they first arrived, he finally responds to me saying they can't find the part. I found it online in 5 minutes and sent him links. I assumed he was going to order it, and Amazon said it would arrive on Friday if ordered within X hours. Well, Friday came and went, still not responding to my requests for status. Told them I would order the part myself and fix it. Only reason this isn't 1 star is they never took any money (saying I could pay when they were finished) and they did fix my sink.

  They guys were great it took them no time at all to fix my hot water tank and are a great price will be using them for now on
