  As a builder, I cannot speak any higher of Thornton plumbing. Ms. Mary at the office in Holly Ridge is very prompt and attentive with her bids. Mr. Jason has always scheduled my homes to the best of his ability during this covid pandemic. I will continue to use Thornton for as long as possible on all my homes.

  ONWASA notified me of a potential water leak. Thornton's Plumbing came out, and he determined it may be a problem with the water company. They didn't charge me since he didn't do any work. I was fully prepared to pay for a service call. What an outstanding, reputable company. I would highly recommend them.

  Absolutely terrible customer service and the most unprofessional employees I have EVER seen. If you need a plumbing company do NOT call these people ever or you will also learn the hard way like we did.
