I personally spoke with a lady and two gentleman. I didn’t get their names but will not forget their smiling faces. I sincerely appreciate their service and attention to do more than find a part. I greatly appreciate the quick and focused attention all three gave me along with the excellent price for the part. I had traveled to two prior stores before finally stopping at Wholesale Supply Group where I got exactly what I wanted and more...great service from great people from a great business! After telling my wife of my encounter she immediately said, which I echo, “we’re giving them our business and telling everybody about them!” I consider this a successful business because there investment is in their customers and this customers is very happy! Great prices! Really helped us out when we were remodeling our bathroom! Didn’t know where to start and the branch manager and guys and girls on the counter really walked us through every single step of the way! Even talked us into changing out our 15 year old gas water heater to a rinnai tankless! Best decision ever!

I have visited this store numerous times. The manager and sales staff are always friendly and go out of their way to be helpful. They are very knowledgeable about their products and are forthcoming with suggestions and information. I recommend this store to all of my friends in need of this type of service.
