  After a bad time with HEP of Knoxville, waiting an additional 8 days (2 separate appointments) for them to pump our septic tank...then being left high & dry going into a holiday weekend without the job being done, we called Mike at Roto-Rooter of Morristown in desperation. He came out the next day and not only completed the job on a holiday, but went the extra mile for us. Highly recommended. Entered his contact info into my phone. Will definitely use them again.

  Called Roto_Rooter service and a nice young lady said she’s contacting the tech for my service call. She assured me I would get a return call: it’s been more than 8 days and I’ve not received any contact from this business. It’s as if they do not care about its reputation or potential customers. They are unresponsive and unprofessional.

  Unfortunately I cannot comment on the service, but I will say I have been given the run around for over a week! First it was the pump on their truck was broken but we made an appointment for the next Wednesday . Wednesday came and went no one showed up nor were any of my numerous calls returned . Thursday is the same story, I have called 3 times today and been promised return calls and have not one. So in conclusion DO NOT USE ROTO ROOTER unless you like getting broken promises instead of service !!!!
