  We had a pool house built that needed an intricate plumbing design. It includes a bar and bathroom with special connection to our septic system using a grinder pump. Most local plumbing organizations were concerned with all that the project entailed. We contacted Whites Plumbing and they came out to perform a site survey the next day. In two days, they had the design developed with associated steps and a very competitive quote in our hands. Within a few weeks after contracting with them, they proceeded to step one which was installation of the underground plumbing in coordination with our GC. We passed inspection and were on to step two which was connection from the main water source in the house to the pool house and installation of the grinder pump from the bathroom to the septic system. Finally, the bathroom toilet, sink and pool bar were installed. It was a flawless project delivery from start to finish. We could not be happier with the service we received from the entire White’s Plumbing team from site manager to installation coordination, service and billing team. True professionals that my wife and I highly recommend for any plumbing needs.

  I used White's to replace a failed point-of-use water heater at my place of work. Shane was quick to come quote the replacement, then just as quick to source the materials and get us on the schedule while it's taking weeks with other places right now. They were quite a bit cheaper than the other quote we received, too. The day of the installation, Chase and Tyree were on time, courteous, followed instructions to the letter, were efficient and thorough communicators. They treated our spaces as if they were their own. Ginger in the office has been helpful to us on multiple occasions. Highly recommend these guys/gals!

  We have a well system on our house. The power went out for over seven hours, when power came back we had no water. I called white plumbing and they were out in a few hours. They had it fixed very quickly and explained what he did very well, so I now know how to fix if it happens again. The price was very reasonable and service was professional and friendly. Awesome job. Will definitely call them again.
