I contacted Lester's Plumbing and asked about installing a new water heater late last year. I was given some advice on my current 20+ year old water heater that would help us until the day of my appointment. On the day of my appointment, I received a call from Lester's letting me know what time to expect them to be at my house and Brett showed up when he said he would. He got started on uninstalling my old water heater and by the time he was finished with that, Brandon showed up with my new water heater. Those guys were in and out, start to finish, in an hour and a half. Very professional and the customer service was outstanding. It's been a couple of weeks now with the new water heater and it works flawlessly. If you're looking into replacing your water heater, you should definitely give these guys a call.

I was very impressed with the pleasantness and professionalism of the plumber that took care of our plumbing issues. Plumbing issues make people pretty desperate, and some companies take full advantage, but I didn't feel taken advantage of by Lester Plumbing. Only happy with the results and price. Needed to troubleshoot some plumbing issues in our house that we purchased in 2018 (wobbly toilet, leaking bathtub faucet, shower leaking into downstairs kitchen ceiling) and contacted Lester’s on the recommendation of a family member. Brandon contacted me as early as next day to discuss the items we were looking to have fixed. Each correspondence was personable, professional, prompt, and flexible as there were many times I could not speak on the phone so texting was offered as backup option. I appreciated the regular communication and even the ETA notifications prior to each arrival. Each step of the process was thoroughly discussed in detail and further clarification was quickly provided when requested. Even while working in the house on our plumbing issues, their work was not a distraction and was barely noticed. This was appreciated by me as I work 40 hours a week at home! I am incredibly impressed by the service provided by Lester’s and would recommend them highly to friends and family!

Exceptional customer service and very friendly all around. My family and many of my friends have been using Lester’s Plumbing Service for years. As a native to the Triangle, they are the best plumbing company in the area and have gone above and beyond in every occasion. I own an older home with an ancient faucet system in the shower. I had a terrible leak and was having to turn the water off at the street to keep from losing water. Brandon was very professional and quick to schedule an appointment. He showed up on time and was very helpful in fixing the issue. I have had plumbers in the past who have not had experience with older systems, but Lester's plumbing is a family business and experience has been passed down. Brandon fixed the problem, No issue, and showed me what to do if it happens again. I will definitely use Lester's plumbing again and I appreciate them!

Excellent service and fair pricing. The owner (Brandon) was personally involved in my project. He was very informative and professional. Brett did the install and was also very professional. After they had left my home, I thought I had a water pressure issue and they came back very promptly to help figure out my issue. The issue was with one particular faucet that had some debris stuck in it.  Even though this was clearly something unrelated to the work, Brandon and team did not hesitate to come back and help me out.  This is a business that is run by the owner and it shows. I would highly recommend them for any sort of plumbing issue and will always call them in the future should I have a need.

Lester's Plumbing Service Inc had completed two services for my residence--replaced the outside hose faucets and installed a new water heater.  In both instances, the plumbers were professional, efficient, and completed the work flawlessly.  I have a sealed crawlspace; when the plumbers finished installing my new water heater, they took the extra effort and used some leftover sealing tape I had on hand to further seal in the bottom of the water heater--that was very impressive and unexpected.  Lester's Plumbing has always arrived on time for the job with very little wait time from when I needed the service to the scheduled appointment.  Kudos to the administrative staff who are very personable yet professional.  Would highly recommend Lester's to anyone looking for quality, affordable plumbing services in our area!
