  Greg is absolutely amazing! He was on time, gave us an estimate and did the work same-day. Prior to his arrival, I had spoken with Kevin over the phone and email, and he was so personable. The quote and invoice are so well broken down, beyond detailed with even the pictures of parts used! We already look forward to the next time of having Greg do work for us!   Dependable, diligent, trustworthy, timely, and a decent sense of humor. After getting a couple other quotes and one "In my 20 years of experience this is the worst I've ever seen. We need to replace..." Kevin was able to come in, get the job done, and do quality work at a reasonable price. He was professional, clean, and explained everything he needed to do clear enough for this shop class dropout to understand. I considered taking a half a star off because I didn't see the stereotypical plumber's crack, but my drains have never run smoother. Kevin is my #3 favorite plumber after Mario and Luigi.
