Outstanding service, a fair price, and professionalism. I had a gas line run for a new gas cooktop. This was my first time working with Western Reserve Plumbing. Kevin was wonderful to communicate with over the phone - always clear and quick to respond for both the quote and the job. John came out and provided a fair quote. John then performed the work just as he had described to me when explaining the quote. The job was done right and I was extremely satisfied. However, John's professionalism is what impressed me the most. He answered my questions about plumbing code and he was careful when working in and around my kitchen cabinets.

Can't recommend Kevin and his team enough. We just finished a major bathroom remodel and the level of service and quality of the work from these guys was outstanding. They worked with Michael's workshop who did the reconstruction and tile and such and the bathroom looks amazing. Would be my first choice for any project.

Dependable, diligent, trustworthy, timely, and a decent sense of humor. After getting a couple other quotes and one "In my 20 years of experience this is the worst I've ever seen. We need to replace..." Kevin was able to come in, get the job done, and do quality work at a reasonable price. He was professional, clean, and explained everything he needed to do clear enough for this shop class dropout to understand. I considered taking a half a star off because I didn't see the stereotypical plumber's crack, but my drains have never run smoother. Kevin is my #3 favorite plumber after Mario and Luig
