  I called Western over the weekend because I was having a problem with a broken waterline at my well. When I called, someone actually answer the phone and within a few hours a service person had solved the problem with the water leak. They were very professional and courteous and above all, they actually showed up when they promised.

  They showed up to look at the project, but then never called me back with a quote as they said! I can understand we can over look sometime, but hopefully this review is a bit of a wake up call.
