  We called J. Hart Plumbing yesterday afternoon and spoke with Robert, who was professional, kind, and sympathetic to my 89 year old Mother. We had just had a new generator installed and when the electrician went to start the gas back up the starter wouldn’t work so no hot water. J. Hart sent a plumber out who was literally here within 10 minutes. Instead of trying to sell us a new water heater (even though ours was 13 years old), they tried to repair it, then tried to find us the parts needed (for an old WH), but could not. So ultimately, we purchased a new one. Johnny Hart and Dad came out this morning and replaced it for us. So efficient, so timely, so nice! What a great company to work with!
