These guys are awesome! Fast service and great price. They did a great job and saved me tons of money compared to other bids on a slab leak repair. Very creative approach to prevent having to rip up my travertine and concrete. Made is super easy for me to repair small dry wall patch after and that was all. Like the leak never happened. James and team are my go-to guys for all my plumbing needs going forward

Do not use West Plumbing. Simple leak that would require replacement of inexpensive connectors. James tried to sell me a new RO water filter system for an outrageous price. Also needed a $5 connector to hook refrigerator ice maker up and he wanted $225 for that. Sent him in his way and $15 later all problems resolved. Highly discourage using this rip off company.

They don't provide services for working people just for retired and out of work. With 4 hours window for appointment, they are ridiculous. Doesn't look like they need any work nor do they want to work . Overall , very unpleasant encounter, never will call again . Stay away from them if you can .
