  Great customer service on the phone as well as amazing service in-person from the technician. Booking an appointment was super easy, and Ian showed up promptly/early. He gave me the service quote upfront and told me his progress throughout. He also told me how to regularly maintain using an enzyme solution. I’m now a monthly member after today!

  They did a great job installing a new toilet at my home. They took the old one, and made sure anything that needed to be fixed was done before installing the new one. Great service. Scheduling was excellent as they were ready to work next day after initial call.

  We have used EZ Flow for a few different projects now and they’ve always done a great job. We thought of them when we had a bigger project, to replace 4 bathroom faucets and our entire kitchen sink, disposal and faucet. It was a bit of a wait due to supply issues, but they were helpful in moving things along. Ian has helped us on a few different jobs now and he is very kind and professional.
