  Scott of West Plumbing was knowledgeable and professional. He taught me how to perform the repairs as he accomplished the task at hand for possible future occurrences. I would recommend West Plumbing for any of your residential plumbing needs; professional and very reasonably priced. I have West Plumbing coming back in a couple of weeks to perform another long time plumbing need for my residence - Replace the shutoff valves on the three toilets in the house. Already, took pictures and provided estimate.

  I hired this company for work at my mom's house. The plumber was timely, professional, and explained the issue thoroughly. He even sent over before and after pics and videos of the toilet flushing and working correctly. It gave me peace of mind. I highly recommend!

  These guys are great 👍. I'm relatively new to Macon and decided to give West a shot after being disappointed twice by the big local plumber. It was the best decision I could have made. Their technician, Scott did a great job. He was professional, courteous, and thorough. He took a couple of extra minutes to show me why the faucets failed which goes a long way in helping me to understand what I'm paying for. I appreciate his service and will definitely use West Plumbing the next time my home in N. Macon needs plumbing repairs.
