  Came in to get a tank lid for my commode. I was told this was the place to go. Walked in and no one acknowledged I was there. A gentleman sitting in the back office saw me and continued to work. I said I need help and his response to me was me too. So I thank him for his help and walked out. If you're not having a great day don't take it out on your customers. Because sometimes you don't know what they are going through. If you're in the business of customer service, than do just that. I will never recommend you guys to anyone.

  You can order from the warner robins store but it still has to be approved from the main office. Depending on when they get around to it, it could take up to 2 weeks for a tub,or faucet, or a fitting. Water heater pans we ended up getting from Hughes supply, because it was a stock item. Got a call today that the pans were in that was ordered 3 weeks ago. The company went and got them from Hughes

  I showed up 2 minutes after they closed on a Friday, but the manager stayed there to answer my question and helped me find a solution. He even called a plumber to get his recommendation. He was a real help. Their showroom is real nice too.
