  Great work and very friendly. I wish I knew the guys name that came out the second time and didnt come up with excuses like the 1st plumber did. The 1st plumber said my cleanout wasn't accessible which was a lie because the 2nd plumber used the same cleanout & was successful . The second plumber He was wonderful and explained and answered all my questions with NO attitude. He even wrote notes for me and recommendations so I can try to avoid future issues with my plumbing backing up. If I use them again I will always ask if I can get the 2nd plumber to come out his name was possibly Jeff.

  You can't go wrong with Wells Septic & Drain for your septic and plumbing needs. I have used them several times over the last 5 years for our plumbing and septic needs. Every time I call whether it's freezing outside or super busy they answer the call and make time for you on there schedule. Every staff I've encountered has been professional, informative, patient and made you feel appreciated as a customer. They are a local company providing an exceptional service to the area. Kudos for doing such a great job Wells Septic & Drain here's to many more years as a loyal customer.

  I have used Wells septic and drain since 2003 with great results up until two years ago and service went south. Both times I've scheduled service ( 2 weeks in advance) and scheduled vacation time to be home for the appointment. I have received phone calls the day of my appointment telling me that there was a scheduling conflict and they can't make it. How do you get a conflict with two weeks advance notice? Very disappointed with Wells . I strongly urge any one needing service to go with a different company that honors scheduling and customer satisfaction and retention. I will never use Wells again. Sorry Bruce 😔
