  I replaced a Bradford White 50 gal. NG Water Heater with the same brand and capacity. Adam suggested going with a Lowboy to vent it better and follow code. I also had the expansion tank replaced. Eco Plumbers is a bit more expensive than other plumbing companies, but they backup their products and workmanship 100%. This attitude gives you the confidence in knowing they will follow through and make things right at the quote they have given. 'Will' did a great job with the install.

  My experience from the moment I called was absolutely amazing. I was able to get same day service within the time frame I needed. They also called me 30 minutes before the plumber arrived, and he did arrive on time. He REALLY knew what he was doing and gave me several options on the repair. He educated me on what not to put down a garbage disposal, and other general drain advice. He was super professional, very friendly, and a real pleasure to work with. I can't recommend Eco-Plumbers or Rodney enough.

  From beginning to end, I am impressed at the organization and professionalism of Eco-Plumbers. Scheduling is super easy online (you pick the day, they call that day to confirm the hour. They were really flexible too as I couldn’t do early morning.) The plumber who arrived was very experienced, very Covid-conscious which we appreciate with young kids in the house, and very courteous and tidy. Price transparency up front. He was equipped to do all repairs AND a new water heater installation that same day. I’m a happy customer and know who I’m calling for my next plumbing need.
