  We recently acquired a horse farm with an old artisanal well. The first time we lost our water, Well Works came out on the emergency call when many other companies had turned us down. They gave us an excellent and affordable price for the new equipment that we needed. They are our well service provider from now on. What really struck me the most, was that they personally care about our well being and go above and beyond to help when we really really needed it. When we are ready to dig a new well for our property, they will be my first call. Well Works has been a lifesaver to us.

  Well Works drilled a new deep well for us in 2004. We have had no problems with the well with excellent water quality and quantity. Very pleased with the new well for all these years. Unfortunately, after heavy watering due to the high heat, we suddenly had no water this past Sunday. We called Well Works and left a “help!” message with their answering service. They called back within 1/2 hour to find out what the problem was and walked me through some simple checks on the phone but still we had no water. Jim showed up within the hour and determined the original pump had failed (we are happy to have gotten 16 years out of it). He and his son, Jimmy, were able to pull the old pump up (about 330 feet) and replace it with a new one. We watched the entire process and were very impressed by their knowledge and the thoroughness of the work. They had all the right tools and replacement components with them to complete the new pump installation. We apologized for the weekend call but that was not a problem for them at all. We had water back in about 4 hours of our initial call!! We are very happy with Well Works responsiveness and quality of work. We will not hesitate to use them for future well work and to recommend their services to our friends and neighbors. Five Star service!!!

  Last week our well pump stopped working just as we were getting up and starting to use the bathroom. Things like that always seem to happen at the most inopportune time. Well Works had a technician out to our house later in the morning. The pump was replaced and we were back in business that afternoon. The technician, James, was great. He was knowledgable and efficient. After running a diagnostic, he explained the problem to me and why the pump failed. He proceeded to replace the pump and also took care of other items that needed to be fixed. We were extremely pleased with Well Works' service. Henry Lane , Jamestown RI
