  Called around 8 o'clock in the morning and got an immediate answer. The pilot light on my hot water heater kept going out. A plumber came to my house the same morning around 9:30 and fixed the pilot light and cleaned some debris on the air vent. Also, they cycled my hot water heater a few times and made sure the pilot light stayed on before leaving. Employee was very polite and had his mask on the entire time (even though I didn't request it on).
