Root Raiders provided an estimate that was significantly less than the other 2 three plumbers who came out. They were also available to do the work much sooner than all the others. Once they dug into the project (basement backflow prevention) there was an unexpected add due to a Y in the pipe close to the main clean out, so a third valve and all the necessary labor was needed. While they easily could have tacked on a large additional cost they were incredibly fair, and only charged for the part. Very professional communication, prompt & quality work, and cleaned everything up when complete. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to others.
Response from the owner
Paul, thank you for the kind and thoughtful review. Weve come to realize we can always expect the unexpected when doing a job like yours. So glad we could help.

Finally a reliable plumbing service! I have spoken with Vita, Gary, John and Eric and had a great experience with all of them. Gary gave my Dad's house a free inspection for a basement drain that was backing up and didn't want to charge him for any time or the inspection.
Response from the owner
John, you are awesome. Thank you for the kind words. We're happy that you're happy and trust us with your plumbing issues.

This company came out to jet my sewer lines, which we then had scoped. The video shows that the sewer lines weren’t jetted past 50 feet even though the company claims that they did the entire job. Their phone receptionist told us that the owner would call us back but has been avoiding us trying to get this issue resolved. My agent spoke with the owner and she tried lying and saying 50 feet is all I owned. They were supposed to come back out Monday to scope and redo the jetting and they call and say the camera is broken and we never had a jetting set up. I’ve been trying to get my money back since they didn’t complete the job and now the owner refuses to call back or come back and do it again. Don’t ever use this company they are horrible and owner does not care.
Response from the owner
Shawn. We're disappointed you are not happy with our company. We did not lie about you owning only 50 feet. What we did say is that whomever did your video had to go past 50 feet. The person you had cameras your sewer reached the city tap (the main city sewer). Our jetter unit cannot help but high pressure over 100 feet into your property sewer line. The water pressure is not able to stop at a certain point. There is no way to limit the water pressure. There are always some small residual roots remaining, but it appears that your video actually reached the city sewer tap. Your sewer line on your property is clear as promised with the jet service. Since there is a cost involved with labor and equipment costs, you are not willing to cover those costs to jet your sewer again. We cannot jet the city sewer which would cost the city thousands of dollars. We said we will be willing to video (scope) your line with our own equipment. Unfortunately, our cameras are all in for repair to our dismay. The owner is not avoiding; but has advised the Office Manager (not receptionist) to convey that when we do get our video cameras back, we will be back to camera. We provided and completed the service as promised. The owner actually does care and has spoken to your agent several times; but has not been available the past few days to to call you personally. Actually, we did not have any of your contact information or name until now. We appreciate your feedback.
