  Daniel showed up to perform service on my gas logs. Daniel was running a little behind so he called and let me know. He showed up was very courteous and efficient. Appreciate his quick work and positive attitude. I asked if he was also a plumber, he said yes sir. Do you have something you would like me to look at for you? In many cases you would have heard something like, call the office tomorrow and they will schedule a visit

  Found out we had a gas leak under fire place, called dominion and they cut gas off. They then “recommended “ this company . So I called this company and they said oh no you have a gas leak we will have someone out immediately… hang up the phone and call my spouse to explain someone will be there at some point today…. They got to the house and within a few minutes found out the issue. “Control Valve” on the fire place. The gentleman said we will order the part. So I get a call 4 days later about an invoice. One I was never given any prices at all on the phone or in person. So I called and Waited on hold for 20 minutes after a woman told me she was looking for answers. I hung up and finally got a call back 3-4 hours after. She said the first trip was 125 dollar charge. Nobody every mentioned this item, 2nd she said to have the part replaced it’s 500, plus someone to come out is another 200. I found all these prices out after the matter. We do not recommend this company nor will we be associated with this kind of business who fails to mention pricing to clients. If they would have mentioned a price point for a trip charge I would be fine but not in this case. Highly disappointed. Now they are sending me the invoice for the 125 “ again we had no idea about” plus the other fees. Dominion is the one who turned off gas. So 125 to me from a company that works this way seems irrelevant and fishy.

  I had a back up problem that another plumber had worked on for a month, disaster after disaster. I had to get another plumber because that one seemed to be hopeless, in solving my problems. Webster was called and in three hours solved all of the plumbing problems. They were so professional, knowledgeable, and kind. I will forever use them for any plumbing problems I might be faced with. Their service plumber Nate was also very personable. Debbie Throgmorton
