  Three things made this company impressive. 1. They do their best to make it within 24 hours and when one team finished the day early, they fit me in the same-day I requested service for our toilets. 2. Previous owners of our house had attemped to jury rig the toilets to make a fix, and the fast response plumbers were able to undo their mess and correctly repair the toilet with no additional cost beyond the home warranty deductible. They included new parts that were put in with experienced craftsmanship. Moreover, if there was any problem, they said just to call them right back and they would personally come out to fix it. 3. They noticed a drop in pressure and were willing to take 10 extra minutes to take a look at the house's water pressure valve. They were able to identify the main pressure valve under the house (which we had struggled to find for the last 4 months) and gave us an estimate on the spot that was very reasonable. Thank you Alvin and Will, your work was greatly appreciated. For these reasons, I believe (as does the better business bureau) that this company deserves 5 stars.

  Was referred to Fast Response Plumbing by my home warranty service. The first company they assigned to us, we were unable to reach. Kept having to leave messages with no reply during the business day. Called Fast Response and the young lady (very nice) asked if we wanted them to come the same day. We said yes. Anthony and another young man came less than an hour. The work was completed quickly. Anthony is very nice and very pleasant to deal with. Thank you!

  Submitted a work order through my Homeowners warranty and they assigned Fast Response Plumbing to complete. There was a leak where the pvc pipe meets the shower pan, that was leaking down into the ceiling in our dining room. They showed up, cut a hole in the ceiling to inspect the issue, and then said that the cause of the leak was a crack in the shower pan that was incorrectly fixed at a prior time. They said we needed a "tub doctor" to fix, and a plumber couldnt fix the issue. You can have someone upstairs pouring water straight down the drain, not touching the "incorrectly fixed crack", and be downstairs watching the water flow through the pvc pipe so its clear the issue is the sealing of where the drain meets the shower pan. So we fixed ourselves by spraying Flex Seal on it every now and again until we eventually remodel our bathroom, rather than paying another $100 to have them come out and properly fix it. We also still have a hole in our ceiling.....
