Friendly and knowledgeable staff. They have most everything you need. I've gotten supplies for big jobs and small jobs. When I have a hard to solve issue (who doesn't with these old houses?) They help come up with solutions to get the job done. There's also a friendly dog that wanders around the shop!

"Ace is the helpful place" if I remember their slogan. Also a UPS shipper, I've been in a few times for shipping and hardware needs. The latest time, though, spoke the most. I came in after difficulty at another store (was unsure if the part they sold me would work; the store associate was unsure either). I went to Ace to ask them about it as a sort of second opinion. He shared his expertise to help me out, and I didn't even buy anything from Ace that day! Was very thankful for their help and humbled by the whole experience. Definitely will be in again (and I'll be buying something next time). Thank you!

Love the service here. There's always someone friendly to assist, but if you prefer to stubbornly hunt for what you need, they don't follow you around like a potential shoplifter. They offer UPS dropoff (super convenient) and don't try to gouge on prices, making it a no-brainer to shop locally.
